Gold Humanism Honor Society Reward Recipient
The Gold Humanism Honor Society recognizes students, residents and faculty who are exemplars of compassionate patient care and who serve as role models, mentors, and leaders in medicine. Members are peer nominated and are the ones that others say they want taking care of their own family. Since its inception in 2002, Gold Humanism Honor Society has grown in influence to become a vital part of medical school and residency training program cultures throughout the US.

Peers of Victoria Mroz believe Victoria is going to be the kind of doctor they should all aspire to be. She treats people first, diseases second. She cares about her patients and goes above and beyond for them. Olivia learns WHO they are and WHY they are instead of just what their diagnosis and treatment are. As medical students we are learners and observers who help where we can. Victoria is a healer. With her words, her company, and of course her clinical acumen. Victoria connects with others and always puts herself in their shoes to try to understand how they might be feeling or what they might need in delicate situations. Victoria does so much for others without anything in return and with that, we would like to acknowledge and congratulate Victoria.
